When you place your order, you can select one of two delivery methods for your tickets: Email or Print-at-Home.

• If you select Email, you will be sent an email with a link attached to retrieve your tickets. You can also retrieve your tickets by logging in to your account on our website and selecting Account at the top of the site.
• If you select Print-at-Home, you will receive an email with your tickets attached. Please print the attachment and bring the entire page with you for admission on your performance date.

No worries. We can resend your tickets to your email. Just call the box office at 817-665-6000 during normal business hours and we will take care of you. Additionally, we may be able to reprint your tickets at the box office in the hour before the concert begins.

All ticket sales are final, so refunds are not available.

Exchanges are available for subscription tickets, and in some cases for single tickets. Some restrictions and fees apply, so please contact the ticket office at 817-665-6000 for more information.

Student rush tickets may be available for Symphonic concerts depending on seating inventory. These tickets are $10 and must be purchased in person at the box office window beginning 1 hour to curtain. Please be prepared to show your student ID to receive this discount. Children are encouraged to attend FWSO performances. The recommended minimum for all concerts is 5 years of age, while children of all ages are encouraged to attend the Family Series and Concerts In The Garden.

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Lap seats are sold for children under 2 at the lowest available ticket price for any given performance.

If your child is restless or crying during the performance, we respectfully ask that you step out of the auditorium momentarily. An usher will gladly help you return to your seat at an appropriate break in the performance.

The Box Office and lobby open one hour prior to a concert’s scheduled performance time. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to performance time. Due to social distancing guidelines and government mandates, we have added a dedicated entry time to all performance tickets in order to eliminate crowding in the lobbies and ensure 6 feet between patrons or groups. We recommend arriving as close to the entry time as possible.

We want your concert experience to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. You will see patrons in formal attire, business casual and everything in between.

Yes, there are ADA-Accessible seats on the Orchestra Floor with easy access and no stairs. Please call the ticket office at 817-665-6000 to reserve your seats. 

Outside food and drink are not permitted and due to social distancing protocols and government mandates there are no concessions available at this time. However, the symphony will provide complimentary bottled water upon entry to the concert chamber.
