Keith has been a member of the orchestra since 2015. Prior to joining the Fort Worth Symphony he was in graduate school at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh where he studied with Ed Stephan, John Soroka, and Chris Allen. He has a Bachelors in music education from the University of Maryland, College Park where he studied with Tony Ames. In his free time, he rock climbs, often coming to work covered in climbing chalk, learning spanish, loves traveling, couch surfing and teaching. He is also a big fan of minimalism, sustainability, combating ignorance on climate change and hopes to one day have a tiny house on wheels, which is tough as a percussionist.
