Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Annamarie Reader joined the cello section of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra in the fall of 2025. She has enjoyed making Fort Worth her home and is honored to share her love of music with audiences throughout the DFW area and to make music alongside her colleagues. 

During the summers, she performs at music festivals in Utah and Colorado, where she enjoys great music, beautiful scenery, and the occasional cooler temperature. 

Annamarie holds a Bachelor of Music from the Cleveland Institute of Music and a Master of Music from Rice University’s Shepherd School of Music.
