Fort Worth Botanic Garden Lecture Hall

Overview

This program celebrates the spirited rhythms of the European countryside, featuring Bartók’s rustic Dances of Transylvania alongside the elegant folk-inspired waltzes of Dvořák. The orchestra travels from the fiery passion of Turina’s Serenata to the stately, Baroque-infused movements of Grieg’s beloved Holberg Suite. It is a vibrant and charming collection of works that captures the soulful heart and dancing energy of the string repertoire.
