Come learn about the instruments of the orchestra with your friends at the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra! We’ll explore the different sounds of each family of instruments and how they fit together to create amazing music. From Rimsky-Korsakov’s Flight of the Bumblebee to Copland’s Variations on a Shaker Theme, we’ll highlight classic melodies, the instruments that play them, and how the whole orchestra works together to make music exciting. Kinderconcerts last approximately 40 minutes and are appropriate for early elementary students.

General Information:

  • Admission to this concert is $6.00 per person (adult and child).
  • 1 adult chaperone per 10 children is required.
  • Please indicate special seating needs at the time of your reservation.
  • An invoice will be emailed within one week of making your reservation. Full payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the concert.
  • No refunds will be given after payment has been received.
  • The FWSO does not distribute or assign individual seats for education concerts. 
  • Two weeks prior to the performance, you will receive an email outlining concert procedures and policies.
