While the FWSO would love to bring back the full Concerts In The Garden this year, the financial risks are too great given the uncertainties around audience capacity and attendance. 

Building on last year's success, the orchestra has decided to host another socially distanced Independence Day concert at Dickies Arena this summer, in preparation for a return to normal CITG programming in 2022.

America Strong 2021

Tickets are on sale now for this special, socially distanced America Strong concert at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth on July 4, 2021 will have a live audience and be broadcast on WFAA (check your local WFAA listing for the broadcast time).

The one-night-only performance will feature more than 60 minutes of music performed by the FWSO, soprano Latonia Moore, bass Morris Robinson, and will feature works by leading Black and Latin American composers, including Kevin Day, Adolphus Hailstork, and Jimmy Lopez. Miguel Harth-Bedoya will conduct this celebration of the best America has to offer in his final season with the orchestra.
